At Fayrouz Tile and Stone, we want you to be completely satisfied with your selection. If your materials are not a perfect fit for your home project, we offer a 30-day return policy on all uninstalled, boxed tiles and stone products.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the specific quantities you wish to return.

  Prepare Your Shipment

  Ensure all stone and tile pieces are in their original packaging and securely palletized or boxed to prevent breakage during transit.

• 3.
  Schedule Pickup or Drop-off

  Once your return is authorized, we will provide a return shipping label or coordinate a freight pickup for larger stone orders.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Upon receipt and inspection of the undamaged materials at our warehouse, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, minus applicable restocking fees.
